Legal Counsel - Construction

£70,000-£75,000 + Car & Bonus
We're seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with solid construction law expertise to join a growing in-house legal team. This is a fantastic role for someone with strong knowledge of construction contracts who enjoys working closely with commercial and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on construction contracts including JCT, NEC and bespoke agreements
* Support live project teams across procurement, delivery, risk and disputes
* Draft, negotiate and review a range of construction and commercial contracts
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors
* Manage risk and ensure compliance across all project activity
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with proven construction law experience
* In-house background preferred but will review applicants from a Private Practice background
* Strong knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts
* Confident advising commercial teams and project managers
* Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
