What’s involved?
* Responsible for the front desk and team while on shift
* Report any issues or incidents to the Front Office Manager
* Duty manager shifts as and when required
* Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP’s, corporate and regular guests
* Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential and with excellent people skills as well as a friendly manner. Also able to work under pressure but remain calm and confident.
* Preferably 12 months experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager
* Must have Opera PMS
* Immediately available with no prior commitments such as notice or holidays as we need someone who can commit for a min. of 4 weeks
* Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
