Front of House / Exam Steward (Part-Time, 3 Days per Week) Portsmouth £12.21 per hour (weekly pay) 3 days per week, including Saturdays We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front of House / Exam Steward to join the team on a part-time temporary basis. As the first point of contact for exam candidates, you will ensure they have a smooth and professional experience on their exam day. What you ll be doing: · Greeting candidates warmly and professionally on arrival · Checking ID and signing candidates into the building · Carrying out security checks and ensuring personal belongings are stored securely in lockers · Escorting candidates to the Registration Room and then to the Exam Room · Assisting candidates post-exam by retrieving belongings and guiding them through the results process · Directing/escorting candidates out of the Centre What were looking for: · A friendly and professional manner · Strong communication and people skills · Reliability and attention to detail · Ability to provide excellent customer service If you're interested in this part-time Front of House / Exam Steward role, wed love to hear from you!
