Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in accordance with best practice and legal requirements.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
* Ensure the safe and effective use of medications through counseling and education.
* Participate in clinical audits and contribute to service development.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy role within a healthcare setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
