As part of the brigade, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
Running your section efficiently, preparing and cooking dishes to the required standard
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen controls at all times
Ensuring dishes leaving your section are consistently high quality
Managing mise en place and keeping your workstation organised
Working collaboratively with the wider team and supporting other sections when neededWhat we're looking for
