What will you be doing as a Software Relationship Manager?
* Drive software adoption by guiding clients to use our platform effectively across their business.
* Deliver product training and onboarding sessions for users at all levels.
* Monitor user engagement, license usage, and platform analytics to optimize client experience.
* Identify opportunities for clients to leverage additional modules, integrations, or automation features, focused on business value.
* Act as a client advocate, collecting feedback to influence product roadmap and feature development.
* Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve technical challenges and implement enhancements.
* Build long-term client trust through proactive communication, virtual meetings, and occasional on-site visits.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in SaaS client success, platform adoption or product-focused client management.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
* Skilled in delivering training and workshops to improve user proficiency.
* Comfortable analyzing usage data to drive adoption and optimize workflows.
* Excellent communicator with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance.
* Empathetic, solution-oriented, and able to navigate client challenges confidently.
* Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively within a team.
* Willing to travel nationally to meet clients (overnight stays will be required).
* Full driving license
