This two-year programme gives you the opportunity to work across different departments, developing a wide range of transferable skills that will set you up for a successful career.You’ll experience varied roles within our business, supporting some of the most exciting projects at EDF. Your learning will combine practical experience with academic study, giving you the confidence and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.You’ll study at University Centre Somerset (UCS) in Bridgwater one day a month, with additional remote learning. Alongside this, you’ll have access to our on-site Apprentice Hub and digital resources, plus support from tutors, your line manager, and our Early Careers team. All while contributing to the journey towards An Electric Britain.Your Work LocationYou’ll be based at Aztec West, Bristol, so you’ll need to live within commuting distance. You’ll also attend UCS in Bridgwater for monthly study days and benefit from flexible working arrangements where possible.What You’ll ExperienceRotations across different business departmentsHands-on involvement in major projects like Hinkley Point CPractical learning supported by experienced mentorsOpportunities to develop organisational and communication skillsAccess to dedicated early careers support and resourcesA mix of on-site and remote learning for flexibilityWho You AreTo be eligible for this EDF apprenticeship programme, you need to have:Five GCSEs in the A* to C or 9 to 4 range, including English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 qualificationYou’ll be self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to balance study with work.
