About the Role:
Our client is looking to expand their dedicated team inExeterwith a skilled and enthusiasticVan Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving service department within a professional, forward-thinking main dealer environment. You'll be working on a variety of light commercial vehicles, carrying out diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on vans and LCVs.
* Conduct fault diagnosis and resolve issues efficiently.
* Work to manufacturer standards and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
* Communicate effectively with the service team and ensure top-level customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (NVQ or equivalent).
* Proven experience working with commercial vehicles (vans, LCVs, etc.).
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* MOT License (preferred but not essential).
* A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail.
