About this RoleThe Yard Supervisor will play an important part in keeping our van rental branch running safely and efficiently by managing the yard and open areas on site. You will ensure vehicles are organised, ready for hire, and maintained to high standards so customers receive clean, well-presented vehicles every time. Maintain the yard, car parks, and surrounding areas to a safe, clean, and organised standard. Park and position vans correctly in designated areas to support efficient vehicle movement. Prepare rental vehicles and equipment ready for customer collections and deliveries. Check vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, ensuring vehicles meet company standards. Report vehicle defects, safety issues, or maintenance concerns to the branch team promptly. About YouYou enjoy working in an active, hands-on environment and take pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. Whether you have worked in vehicle rental, transport yards, logistics environments, or similar operational roles, you understand the importance of safety, organisation, and teamwork. Practical and reliable with a proactive approach to maintaining safe and tidy working environments. Strong awareness of health and safety procedures when working around vehicles and equipment.
