We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our EMC sales team in the North of England. You will be shaping smarter asset strategies and providing sustainable vehicle and equipment solutions for customers in the waste, recycling and utilities sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive growth, coach your team and build long-lasting client relationships.

About You
You are a proven people manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Commercially sharp and passionate about sustainable solutions, you know how to get the best from a sales team while building strong partnerships with customers.
1. ProvenB2B sales experience, ideally in equipment rental, waste management or utilities.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching sales teams, with a history of developing people and driving results.
