Customer Development and Retention Specialist
Zip Water UK is seeking a Customer Development and Retention Specialist to support business growth within existing customer accounts and new prospects. This full-time role involves selling, retaining, and expanding revenue, managing client queries with the Customer Experience team, and developing prospects into larger opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Contributing to quarterly and annual sales targets
* Maintaining and growing customer relationships
* Achieving KPIs and planning sales activities effectively
* Supporting team targets across products and services
* Recording activities on Salesforce CRM
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries
* Site visits and prospecting, including site surveys
* Updating forecast files for key accounts
The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator, problem solver, and data manager, capable of nurturing leads and handling objections effectively.
