Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust – Receptionist / Admin Support
Base: Caludon Centre Main Reception
Posts: 1 x Permanent 20 hours per week
Times: Monday to Friday 13:00‑17:00

Responsibilities
* Front‑of‑house greeting patients and visitors to the service
* Providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the admin team, clinicians and managers
* Answering calls on the busy main switchboard, taking messages and clinic room bookings
* Handling telephone calls, scanning documents and maintaining care records
* Data inputting using CareNotes and SystmOne software daily
* Covering the main hospital reception area and providing general admin support to other services when required
Qualifications
* GCSE level education; NVQ or QCF in administration or equivalent experience
* Confident telephone manner, good IT skills and high‑level communication skills
* Attention to detail and sensitivity due to the nature of the service
* Organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive approach to change and supportive of service improvements
* Self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual wishing to pursue an administrative career in the NHS
* Finance and present a standard DBS check (postholder responsibility)
