Based mainly at their Romford office, you'll work across commercial, residential, public sector, education, healthcare and development schemes. Key Responsibilities Working within the cost consultancy and project delivery team, your role will include: Assisting with cost planning, feasibility studies, budget estimates and cost models Supporting tendering, procurement and contract administration processes Preparing valuations, cost reports, cashflows and financial monitoring updates Contributing to value engineering and risk management reviews Supporting Employer's Agent duties on design & build projects Liaising with clients, contractors and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery Working collaboratively with senior colleagues to deliver projects efficiently and to an exceptional standard Taking an active role in your professional development and progression towards Chartership About You This role is ideal for someone keen to progress, take ownership and develop a well-rounded skillset. You should have: 2-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy environment A relevant degree (RICS-accredited preferred) A strong desire to become Chartered, or already progressing through APC Solid understanding of construction processes, cost control and contract administration Apply or contact (url removed)
