Your Mission
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the go-to expert for all mechanical and electrical maintenance on shift. You'll lead from the front-ensuring equipment runs efficiently, safely, and sustainably. You'll also play a key role in shaping our journey to "Best in Class" through Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma tools.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities on shift.
* Drive improvements in OEE and maintenance KPIs.
* Manage and supervise contractors and the on-site TPM team.
* Plan and implement preventative and reactive maintenance strategies.
* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
* Use Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and boost efficiency.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key Performance Goals
* Achieve and sustain 85%+ OEE.
* Improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
* Reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
* Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and work orders.
What You'll Bring
* Time-served apprentice or NVQ in Maintenance Engineering (Level 3+).
* HNC/HND in Maintenance Engineering (desirable).
* Green Belt Six Sigma certified.
* IOSH Managing Safely qualified.
* Strong mechanical engineering skills; electrical knowledge is a bonus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
* NVQ Level 4 in SHE Quarry Operations (advantageous).
* A proactive, hands-on leader with excellent communication and motivational skills.
