Being a personal shopper allows you to understand customer needs and inspire them with luxury and edgy looks. You will be part of a team demonstrating boldness and couture for this Parisian brand.
Joining us
* You will have a passion for our luxurious fragrances and delivering exceptional service. No experience? No problem—we'll provide the training to become a Fragrance Expert.
* You will confidently take customers on a memorable journey, delivering an emotional experience with our fragrances.
* You are a people person who loves meeting new people, welcoming customers, and providing personalized, luxurious consultations with empathy and tailored recommendations.
* You will proactively approach customers warmly, inspiring them with Lancôme's heritage of scandal and freedom in beauty.
* You will be self-driven, motivated to meet sales targets, and occasionally act as the sole ambassador for your team. We embrace breaking beauty rules and leading innovation.
* Your induction includes regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers, along with online modules and a full training session at our head office in Hammersmith, London.
* You will participate in ongoing team trainings on new launches, application techniques, and product testing.
* You will have access to e-learning modules for personal development, supported by our excellent training programs.
* We support your career growth towards roles like Counter Manager, Business, or Area Manager.
