This is a high-impact role where you'll influence organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability - ensuring the business is set up for success both now and in the future.As the HR Business Partner you will be:
3. Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goals
4. Shaping organisational design, workforce and succession planning
5. Coaching leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
6. Supporting change and transformation initiatives
7. Using people data and insight to drive decision-making and improve outcomes
8. Providing expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation
9. Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
10. Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or commercial environment
11. Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
12. Experience supporting change and transformation
13. Solid knowledge of UK employment law
14. Data-driven, with the ability to translate insight into action
15. Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
What's on Offer
📍 Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Bristol office, with occasional travel to other offices. 💼 Contract: Full time - 12-months, interviews asap, May start. 💰 Salary: £70k - £80k - dependant on experience + Great benefits
