Overview
In this role you will be responsible for tendering, negotiating, validating, and accepting fixed price supply agreements for Sustainable Energy First clients. You'll build and maintain supplier relationships to manage query resolution and escalations for procurement related issues. You'll also co-ordinate activity between clients and suppliers to facilitate the smooth transfer of supply contracts and pro-actively manage any objections & late registration reimbursements.
Responsibilities
* Tendering, negotiating, validating, and accepting fixed price supply agreements for Sustainable Energy First clients
* Build and maintain supplier relationships to manage query resolution and escalations for procurement related issues
* Coordinate activity between clients and suppliers to facilitate the smooth transfer of supply contracts
* Pro-actively manage objections and late registration reimbursements
Qualifications and Skills
* Good understanding of the energy industry and markets
* Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
* Strong proficiency in Excel
* Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Awareness of regulatory frameworks and market mechanisms in sustainable energy procurement
* Familiarity with energy markets, pricing structures, and procurement processes
* Demonstrated analytical skills with good Excel knowledge and understanding of Sustainable Energy First’s quality objectives related to procurement and processes

* Salary: £25,500-£28,500 per annum
