We're on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward at a leading private healthcare provider based in London.
This full-time role offers a salary of up to £51,000 with an additional 9% shift enhancements. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a team that's making a real difference in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care.
As a Senior Staff Nurse in the Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward, your duties will include:
* Guiding and mentoring junior nurses, using your extensive clinical knowledge to guide them.
* Leading the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse.
* Implementing and evaluating holistic care plans for children in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team.
* Participating in audits or quality improvement projects to continually improve the care provided.
