SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunities Velox Social Care & Education
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (Minimum 1 academic year)
Salary: £90 £140 per day (increasing with experience)
Are you a degree holder with an interest in working in primary education?
Velox Social Care & Education are working with a number of primary schools across Basingstoke who are searching for new support staff to join their teams. We have immediate long-term, full-time opportunities for:
* Classroom Assistants
* Special Needs (SEN) Support Staff
* Graduates seeking teacher training pathways
If youre available for at least one academic year and passionate about supporting childrens development, we want to hear from you.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a degree (particularly in Maths, English, Sciences, Psychology, Education, Drama or Performing Arts, though all degree disciplines are welcome)
* Have some experience working with children or young people this could include youth work, mentoring, tutoring, childcare, or volunteering
* Be positive, friendly, confident, and unflappable under pressure
* Have a genuine interest in supporting and nurturing the next generation
* Be available full-time, Monday Friday (8:30am 3:30pm)
