Position: Ticket Office Clerk
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Dealing with enquiries from the general public, taking payments, and selling tickets for the tramway.
2. Performing general cleaning duties.
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
* Previous experience in cash handling, customer service, and clerical work.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to work independently, within a team, and under pressure.
* Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
This is a temporary role initially lasting 8 weeks, based in Llandudno. It is a full-time position, working 5 days out of 7, including some weekends, from 9am to 6:15pm. The hourly rate is £12.65, with enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays, plus holiday pay.
