As a Support Worker, you'll be empowering incredible individuals to live independently, build new skills, and enjoy meaningful daily activities-while providing vital emotional support.

You will be expected to support with daily aspects of living, including:
Daily support - Help with cooking, medication, personal care & budgeting
Bringing joy - Enjoy countryside walks, dancing, movie nights, social outings & hobbies together
Exploring the community - A full UK driving licence & access to your own car is essential
We provide full training and support-what truly matters is your passion for making a difference.
While experience in supporting individuals with physical or mental health needs is a plus, we're looking for people who are:

Enthusiastic & proactive - Ready to bring energy and fresh ideas
If you have experience with Positive Behaviour Support Plans, that's a bonus-but your attitude and commitment are what truly count!
An hourly rate of £12.Sleep in rate - £64.Wakeful night rate - £12.Night rate of 1.5 x hourly rate.
