Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BMS sector.
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
* Manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in BMS project sales or a related field.
* Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to travel within the south of the UK as required.
