As we continue to expand across the East & West Midlands, we're looking for a driven and organised Recruitment Resourcer to support our Business Development team by delivering exceptional staffing solutions to our clients.
The Role This is a delivery-focused, non-sales role where you'll take ownership of sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating hospitality staff across the Midlands region.
You'll be responsible for ensuring we consistently supply reliable, high-quality candidates including chefs, bar staff, waiting staff, kitchen porters, and cleaners.
Key Responsibilities Source and recruit hospitality staff across the East & West Midlands
Screen, interview, and onboard candidates
Coordinate bookings and fulfil client staffing requirements
Deliver staff inductions and basic training where required
Build and maintain a strong pool of reliable, repeat candidates
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Work closely with the Business Development team to meet demand
About You Previous recruitment, resourcing, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent people skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
What We Offer £25,000 – £30,000 base salary
