About the Role:
As a HLTA, you’ll work alongside the class teacher to support learning across various subjects. Your role will focus on delivering tailored support to individuals and small groups, helping to plan and deliver engaging lessons, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
* Support class teachers in delivering effective and engaging lessons
* Provide focused support to individual pupils and small groups, both in and out of class
* Contribute to positive classroom management and a supportive learning environment
* Assist with the emotional and pastoral care of students
* Prepare learning resources and help monitor pupil progress
* Deliver specific interventions for children with additional needs
* Maintain clear communication with teachers, parents, and other staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
