This is a unique opportunity for a well-rounded employment lawyer to engage in a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters within a dynamic and supportive team, working across offices in Newcastle, Leeds, and Tees Valley.About The Firm This firm is renowned for doing things differently. They operate in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment where your voice counts and your work has real influence.The Role You’ll join the Employment Team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to large corporates. The work is intellectually stimulating and commercially significant, involving:
* Advising on day-to-day HR and employment law matters
* Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Handling Employment Tribunal claims (for both respondents and claimants)
* Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and TUPE advice
* Delivering training and workshops to clients
* What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years PQE with a strong grounding in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
* A commercially astute, solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a values-driven environment
