Responsibilities
* Assist customers with optical products and services.
* Provide friendly, professional customer support.
* Support the optician with fitting and adjustments.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible retail environment.
* Work as part of a team to meet sales and service targets.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer‑service environment.
* Experience working within an optics business.
* Knowledge of optical terminology and products.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
