About the role: Working within the customer services team, you will be responsible for processing sales orders and dealing with customer queries and complaints. Role & responsibilities Receipt & processing of customer orders onto Sage 200 system Dealing with customer queries & enquiries Manage the ‘Customer Telematic System’ Arrange IBC and waste collections Processing sales returns Manage customer calls daily Work closely with suppliers through B2B Order Processing Office administrative tasks as set by line manager Your skills & experience Excellent customer service skills, including strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with difficult customers. Ability to perform tasks under pressure and balance many tasks simultaneously. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload or work independently.
