As a Sales Consultant you’ll be at the heart of this mission, supporting customers every step of the way and helping the organisation uphold its reputation for outstanding quality and service. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing professional and courteous advice, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience. Guiding customers from reservation through to legal completion, home‐demonstration, warranties and beyond, you’ll be there every step of the journey. Contributing fresh ideas to marketing and promotion: digital campaigns, lead generation, and making sure our brand stands out. Staying ahead of the market: monitoring competitor activity, identifying trends and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge. Managing plot files, purchaser extras, marketing materials. Working closely with construction teams to coordinate home hand-overs, plot updates and demonstrations to ensure our customers receive the high standard they expect. What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role you’ll need: Previous experience in new-build property sales, so you understand the lifecycle of a home sale in this environment. A strong eye for detail and a naturally positive outlook. You take pride in what you do and the difference you make. Confidence in communicating with prospective clients in a professional and engaging manner. You’re comfortable representing the brand and guiding customers through key decisions. A self-starter mindset: you enjoy working independently, thrive when working to targets, and bring energy and ambition to your role.
