The Performance Marketing Manager will focus on driving measurable results, increasing ROI, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
You will also -
* Define marketing strategy and develop highly engaging, strategically focused digital campaigns to drive traffic and revenue to our website and retail stores.
* Drive growth through targeting, ad campaign setting, and measurement of key metrics like CPL, CPC, and CAC
* Drive advertising content and delivery including print, digital, and video assets to meet objectives for digital advertising
* Manage and execute SEO content strategy and SEM keyword bidding, ensure first page rank for key search words
* Analyse and track the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns. Oversee performance marketing budget to enhance the Return on Advertising Spent (ROAS)
* Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics.

* Obsessed with driving high ROI
* At least 3 years of experience in driving results in performance marketing for consumer brands
* A highly motivated individual willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
* Have a deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights
* Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable with a very fast-paced start-up environment
