We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys a varied role supporting administration, HR, sales, and workforce records.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.
* Managing employee timesheets and recording hours worked.
* Assisting with attendance records, holiday requests, and workforce administration.
* Maintaining employee records and supporting HR administration.
* Supporting the sales team with quotations, orders, and customer communications.
* Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence.
* Updating company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
* Preparing reports, documents, and business records.
* General office administration and filing duties.
* Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a general administration or business support role.
* Experience managing timesheets, attendance records, or workforce administration.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
