Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the UK Accounting Manager with accurate financial reporting and compliance across 4 UK entities.
* Support month end close and preparation of management accounts
* Prepare and post journals including prepayments, depreciation, payroll, and accruals
* Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and fixed asset registers
* Assist with VAT returns, statutory audits, and tax calculations
* Ensure compliance with HMRC, ONS, and internal controls
* Support finance projects and provide assistance to AP/AR
Profile
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
* Able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
* Proficient in ExcelClear communicator with good stakeholder skills
* AAT Level 4 or part qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Previous experience in finance or audit

This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary up to £50,000.00 per annum. It follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.
