Working Hours
Full-time; includes supervisory visits, spot checks, and taking the on-call phone when required.
Location
Abingdon and South Oxfordshire communities.
Purpose of Position
To supervise care staff and ensure high standards of person-centered care through audits and shadowing.
Main Duties
* New service user assessments
* Transcribing MAR charts
* Monitoring staff standards via spot checks
* Participation in team meetings
* Quality assurance reviews
* Training new staff in mandatory fields
