Chef de Partie (CDP) - Inverness, UK - Temporary Contract

Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Support the Kitchen team in daily kitchen operations.
* Manage your section efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during service.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering when required.
* Ensure all food preparation complies with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
* Candidate must be available for up to a 6 week period and be happy to work on a shift basis covering Friday/Sat and Sunday shifts. The hours are set at 11 am - 7.00 pm.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
* Immediate availability for a temporary 6-week contract.
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis.
* Availability to work from 11 am to 7 pm, with a total of 40 hours per week.
* Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable.
* Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
