🚀 Senior Software Engineer (AI / LLM / Product)

I’m working with a high growth, product led AI company building genuinely impactful software in a heavily regulated industry.


This isn’t “AI for the sake of it”. They’re deploying production ready, agent driven systems that are replacing manual, fragmented workflows with intelligent, end to end products used by major enterprise clients.


They’ve already seen strong commercial traction, have strong backing, and are now scaling their engineering team as demand accelerates.


💡 The role


This is a Senior IC role within a product squad, working closely with experienced engineers and leadership.


You’ll have strong ownership over what you build, contributing to:


* System design
* AI feature development
* Engineering standards


It’s a hands on role with real impact, not just ticket delivery.


⚙️ What you’ll be doing


* Building LLM powered features, including RAG pipelines and agent based workflows
* Writing production quality code across the stack using Node.js or Python, AWS and React where needed
* Contributing to scalable, event driven system design
* Using AI tools across the development lifecycle to improve speed and quality
* Collaborating with platform teams to build reusable, scalable components
* Ensuring everything is production ready, auditable and compliant by design


🧠 What they’re looking for


* Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a product led environment
* Some exposure to AI/LLM systems in production (or strong personal / side project experience)
* Solid backend experience in Node.js or Python
* Experience working with AWS and distributed systems
* Someone who cares about clean code, scalability and building things properly
