* Passion to work within tourism, although travel experience is not essential.
* Confidence to handle multiple currencies and administrative tasks while complying with procedures.
* Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week, including evenings and weekends, in line with customer demand and shop opening times. Shift patterns are normally shared 4 weeks in advance.
