The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Roles will typically involve managing the full sales cycle and contributing directly to business growth.
This is a B2B-focused position, suited to candidates who are commercially aware, target-driven, and confident engaging with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and developing new B2B sales opportunities
* Proactively generating leads through outbound sales activity
* Managing and growing existing client accounts
* Building strong, long-term customer relationships
* Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals
* Negotiating terms and closing new business
* Maintaining accurate CRM and sales records
* Achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
About You
We are looking for motivated and professional Business Development Managers who are confident communicators and results-focused. You will be comfortable working independently while contributing to wider business objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in a Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* A professional and customer-focused approach
