Position: Territory Sales Manager – Head & Neck (North East UK)
We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive and ambitious team. If you are passionate about improving patients’ lives through innovative healthcare products, this is your opportunity! Join Stryker’s growing Head & Neck division, supporting surgical specialties with our portfolio of capital, consumables, and disposables.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be integral to our sales team, focusing on building strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre managers, and clinical staff. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, training, and supporting cases in operating theatres.
The territory covers North East England. Ideally, you will reside within this region.

Requirements:
* Training in medical/scientific/technical field or related degree (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in medical device and capital sales
* Ownership mindset with results focus
* Drive to succeed and win

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of NHS/private medical sector is a plus
* English language proficiency
* Valid driver’s license
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
