About The Role
We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Breagha House in Hayton, Retford. Must be a driver with a UK licence (two years or more).
We offer flexible shift patterns between 8am and 6pm on a 5-2 rota (week 1 five days, week 2 two days). You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for two years or more.
