This is a delivery-focused role centred on candidate sourcing and engagement, with full support and hands-on mentoring. You’ll work on live vacancies with real clients, gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and the opportunity to earn commission quickly. Key Responsibilities * Source candidates using a database built over 10 years * Leverage a strong LinkedIn presence (20,000 weekly impressions) * Speak with candidates daily using modern systems * Build strong relationships within the lift industry * Qualify candidates thoroughly * Create shortlists for clients * Support interview processes Note: This is not a high-pressure environment — we focus on quality relationships and successful placements, putting candidates first.
