Overview
NES Fircroft is supporting a specialist offshore oil & gas service provider in the search for an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environmental and quality strategy across North Sea operations. This is a key leadership role, providing HSEQ oversight for a dedicated stimulation vessel and working closely with major operator partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement company-wide HSEQ strategy
* Act as technical authority for HSEQ risk in well stimulation operations
* Ensure compliance with offshore regulations and ISO standards
* Lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Promote a strong safety culture across offshore and onshore teams
* Support client audits, tenders, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
* Strong HSEQ leadership experience in offshore oil & gas
* Experience within well stimulation operations
* Knowledge of offshore regulations and compliance frameworks
* NEBOSH Level 6 (or equivalent)
* Confident engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
