Reporting Structure

You will report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building rapport to encourage repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote safer gambling.
* Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
* Work towards defined targets and maintain high shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as needed, being responsible as a key holder.

Working Patterns

Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota typically totals 10 hours, comprising long opening and closing shifts, as well as shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. Rota schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.

* Must be 18 years or older.
