We are looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Sales & Project Administrator to support our Sales Director in managing customer accounts, coordinating packing projects, and ensuring seamless administrative operations of our projects. This role is central to delivering high-quality service to brand owners, FMCG clients, and partners while maintaining administrative effectiveness across our contract packing services. This role bridges customer engagement, internal project coordination, and administrative support and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary administrative support to the Sales Director, with project administration, reporting, and client communication.
* Coordinate contract packing projects from order intake through to dispatch, ensuring timelines, specifications, and compliance requirements are met
* Liaise with customers to confirm briefs, resolve queries, and provide updates on project status and delivery schedules
* Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and project documentation including packing specifications and compliance records
* Maintain CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer data, order tracking, and project milestones
* Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities
* Assist in preparing reports, forecasting data, and performance dashboards
* Organising client samples and materials to be packaged, tracked and sent upon request.
* Support audits and documentation related to accreditations, and client-specific standards.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in sales administration or project coordination, ideal if gained within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Can do proactive attitude with ability to work and prioritise with minimal direction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)
* Understanding of packaging formats, compliance standards, and supply chain processes is highly desirable but not essential
