The Opportunity
We have an exciting role as Account Manager to join our brands Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier in Liverpool John Lewis The working schedule is based on full time schedule 4 days per week (30 hours) Monday – Sunday inclusive,
Our Account Managers are responsible for overseeing our stores, merchandise and customer service, relationships achieving sales objectives and maintaining the highest operational and merchandizing standards.
Key responsibilities:
Profit and Sales Generation:
1. Meeting sales goals
2. Analysing available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business, setting business strategies
3. Demonstrate sales leadership, playing an active role on the selling floor
Customer Service:
4. Build and manage the client database, utilising to increase sales and customer contact
5. Resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, assisting other team members where needed
6. Manage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, sale events and centre events, etc.
Operations:
7. Look after areas of risk management, including physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
8. Deliver relevant team member training, i.e., POS systems
9. Conduct stock inventories as needed
10. Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash
Merchandising/Visual:
11. Implement merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies
12. Partner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure the right assortment for the store, communicating inventory needs to support the business goal
13. Ensure the selling floor is always picture perfect and reflective of current visual direction
