Role: Training Performance Manager
Salary: Up to £50k DOE + Company Car
Location: Epsom HQ (3 days/week) + UK travel (1 - 2 days every other week)

What You'll Be Doing:
Champion 'best in class' training standards across teams
Analyse performance data to spot gaps and drive action
Oversee training schedules and national rollouts
Lead cross-functional improvement and transformation projects
Build strong, collaborative relationships across departmentsWhat You'll Bring:
