Our client is a forward-thinking manufacturer undergoing major investment in their people, plant, and technology — and we’re now looking for a Shift Manager to help lead the next stage of their growth. Production Shift Manager’s Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate your team to run safe, efficient production shifts.
* Monitor machinery and processes, fixing or escalating issues quickly.
* Work with engineering to minimise downtime and plan maintenance.
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
* Drive improvements in performance, training, and communication across shifts.
Skills & Experience Required as a Shift Manager:
* Leadership experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing or processing environment.
* Proven ability to motivate and develop teams across production and maintenance.
* Strong, clear communicator who can lead a team.
* Own Transport and Driving Licence due to location
* Committed to safety and keeping standards high on every shift.
* Able to work shift pattern of 4 on 4 off - nights and days rotating
