National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Utility Manager to join our newly formed Significant Projects Programme team within Major Projects.
As the Regional Utility Manager, you will lead on all matters relating to Statutory Utilities to assure the commitments and strategic data led approach to delivering at pace, as part of National Highways key commitments as a Provider of the Strategic Road Network set and measured against its customer focused vision.
Within this senior role, you will set out and lead on the collaborative vision for National Highways in partnership with our external Statutory Utilities on the rapid roll-out of key infrastructure focused on the East of England to support economic growth through an empowering, empathetic and assurance programme service delivering complex statutory utilities interactions.
You will be a senior member of the Significant Projects Programme SU Service that is seen as a centre of excellence and assurance service across the National Highways Utilities Portfolio in excess of £900m, supporting in areas such as Operational Delivery, Enhancements, Significant Structures and 3rd Party Projects for engaging with and coordinating with Utilities.
