Salary: £14.25 – £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience and role)

About the Role
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants to work across a range of nurseries and primary schools in Lancaster, Morecambe, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting children’s learning, development, and social skills
* Assisting teachers and nursery staff with daily classroom activities
* Delivering one-to-one and small group support
* Helping to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
* Supporting children with additional needs where required

Requirements
* Relevant childcare or education qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent – desirable)
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or school setting
* A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
