We are looking for candidates who: Have completed an undergraduate or master's degree level qualification in a STEM subject by summer 2026. And with the following Key Skills & Attributes: Systems Thinking: Ability to consider the 'whole' system and its individual parts. Understand that different parts of the system influence and depend upon one another. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently. Analytical Thinking: Ability to critically evaluate data and draw conclusions Team Collaborator: Ability to work effectively within a team but also independently Organization & Time Management: ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Initiative & Curiosity: eager to take ownership, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to grow Customer Focus: this is a consultancy role so experience of working with customers is also beneficial - not necessarily in a scientific role, other roles such as retail or hospitality would be suitable too Flexibility: a willingness to try engaging in new skill areas or potentially travel to our client sites.
