Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum DOE

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm, family-focused independent school and support pupils in early years and primary classrooms with their learning and development. Key Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning in the classroom and during games lessons
* Provide pastoral care and assist with behaviour management
* Help set up, supervise, and tidy away daily activities
* Supervise lunch, playtime, clubs, and wrap-around care
* Prepare lesson resources, displays, and carry out admin tasks
* Participate in staff meetings, assemblies, and school events
Requirements
* Experience of working with children in an educational setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Initiative and the ability to adapt to classroom needs
* A genuine commitment to supporting children's wellbeing and learning
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
