Now we're looking for a Domestic assistant to help us create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone who lives and works here.
What We Offer: £12.21 per hour 37.5 hours per week (contracted) Paid PVG Uniform provided Onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata) Pension scheme
Your Role: More Than Just a Job This isn't just about keeping things clean. It's about helping our residents feel at home and making sure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort are met every day. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in the little details that make a big difference.
You'll be responsible for: Keeping all areas of the home clean, tidy, and welcoming Following hygiene and infection control protocols Caring for furniture, fixtures, and flooring Managing laundry services, including correct labelling and handling of residents' clothes and bedding Ensuring waste is disposed of safely and responsibly Supporting a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors
What We're Looking For: A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness A warm, positive attitude and a team-first mindset Experience in domestic or laundry roles (care home experience is a bonus) A genuine desire to make a difference in residents' day-to-day lives
